據研究顯示,自殺死亡者在自殺身亡前7天內不限精神科別就醫的比例皆在60省錢方法網路熱銷商品%左右。圖/聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 研究發現,自殺身亡者高達6成以上,在決定自殺前7天曾赴醫院就診,就診科別不限精神科;其中65歲以上老人,決定自殺前1個月內,赴醫院診所就診的比率將近9成。專家呼籲,若能在醫療第一線能設下防線,也許能阻擋更多憾事發生。國內自殺死亡率逐年攀升,根據衛福部公布106年的國人死因,自殺身亡名列第11位,自殺死亡人數與105年相比增加16.4%,男性多於女性。. } }); } 研究發現,自殺身亡者多達6成以上,於輕生前7天曾赴醫院就診。台灣自殺防治學會理事吳佳儀說,面對久病厭世、長流行購買期照顧他人禮物網路購物的照顧者,長期心理不適,而導致生理出現類似生病的反應,比率相當高。吳佳儀說,曾66歲男子,因妻子罹癌,他因照顧壓力而失眠,求助醫師,定期服用藥物改善症狀。但幾年後,妻子過世,他受不了壓力,加上並未規律服藥,讓他再度失眠。心理影響生理不適,讓他動了輕生念頭;某天兒媳返家,撞見李姓男子意圖輕生,即時挽救才沒有發生憾事。吳佳儀說,許多意圖輕生高風險族群,若第一線醫療人員能主動建立關係並評估狀況,及時轉介精神衛生門診,有助於降低憾事發生。衛福部心口司司長諶立中指出,我國20年前開始提倡家醫科醫師及開業醫師納入自殺防治範疇,民國9最近流行商品產品0年左右自殺率高峰,醫界普遍警覺性高。但隨著國內自殺率下降,相關觀念開始被忽視。吳佳儀呼籲,自殺防治不僅是精神科醫師的責任,所有第一線醫療人員都是守門人,掌握「1問2應3轉介」主動關懷傾聽、適當回應支持及轉介精神衛生專業。 自殺,不能解決難題;求助,才是最好的路。求救請打1995 ( 要救救我 )
左耳突然聽不見 竟是耳中風作怪!

一名43歲男性,從事業務工作,近來因換了新主管,導致壓力變大,且加班時常感到身體疲憊,某次早晨起床後,左耳突然聽不到聲音,緊急就醫檢查,經純音聽力診斷,醫師發現患者左側30分貝的感音性聽力障礙,確診為突發性耳聾,透過耳內注射並口服類固醇藥物後,患者聽力已逐漸恢復正常。
耳中風患者會聽力喪失 又以中年族群居多
突發性耳聾就稱為耳中風,患者會突然聽不到聲音,大多為單耳的聽力喪失,但因和腦中風沒有直接關係,患者不用過於擔憂;童綜合醫院醫師張紘䪸指出,臨床上,突發性耳聾有四分之一的患者,會出現暈眩前兆,症狀多為耳鳴和聽力喪失,又以中年族群為主,在醫學上,屬於三天內,連續三個聲音頻率,大於30分貝感音神經性聽力減退的症狀。
罹耳中風原因不明 恐和免疫系統有關
張紘䪸醫師進一步說明,在台灣,每年約有4到5000個案例,並非很罕見的疾病,但罹病原因較不確切,通常和免疫系統、病毒感染、血管疾病、內耳淋巴囊水腫等因素有關,但也有約百分之一的患者有腦部腫瘤的可能,治療上,會給予口服或注射類固醇,部分文獻則建議可合併使用高壓氧療法或血漿擴張劑,以增加療效。
若有疑似症狀出現 應盡早就醫治療
另外,若病症發生後兩週內,採以類固醇治療,療效更佳,臨床上,約七成患者可完全恢復,少部分患者則需輔助像是針灸或心靈等治療方法;張紘䪸醫師呼籲,若有相關症狀出現時,應盡早就醫治療,才能盡早對症下藥,避免使症狀加劇,影響日常生活。
